Subfloor Install and Some Leveling

Need help installing subfloor in about two rooms about 300sq feet each. One room (attached) has plywood which about 40sq rotten was removed. Rest of room has some subfloor replacement. Great if can combine good subfloors with bad subfloors and make them feel leveled. Please reply with idea of quote and price (will get materials), also when to start (the sooner the better). Can of course visit before commitment to helping. Will reply asap.
