Handyman/Home Services Professional Handyman company is looking for a full time handyman. Most of the work is in Castle Rock and Douglas County. Pay commensurate with experience and/or ability, personal tools, and use of own work vehicle. Requirements: • Must be expert level at tiling. This job involves tiling for part of the month. The advantage to this position is that you won't be tiling all month, giving your body a break. No need to hunt down new jobs. Enhance will keep you busy. •Positive attitude • Works well with home-owners and great customer service • Aptitude to fix things and solve issues • Communicate with client cause of the issue and proposed solution prior to starting work • Exhibits a safety first approach • Should have experience in a most of these areas (will train if person has good attitude and aptitude): o Painting o Replacing faucets o Replacing light fixtures o LVT Flooring Installation o Replacing door knobs o Carpentry o Trim installation o Bath remodels • Must have valid driver’s license, car insurance, transportation, and basic hand tools (most work is within 20 miles of Castle Rock) • Ability to follow directions and be attentive to details • Extremely ethical, honest, and courteous • Professional appearance and demeanor • Enjoy a wide variety of projects • A desire to help homeowners. At the end of the day, you will know that you made a difference for a family. • Business degree is a plus. • Prior military service is a plus.
