Female Indian ringneck needs perfect forever home

I'm still trying to find the perfect home for my Indian ringneck.  She is friendly but does not like to be held. She just wants to be a bird and fly around and play with her toys.  She is not kept in a cage she just free flys in the aviary room that we built. I'd love for her to go to a new home with a similar set up for her with a friend around her size to hang with.  If you think this may be you please message me.  To be clear, she is not free.  If you are interested and believe you would have the perfect forever home for her, we will discuss her rehoming fee.   My biggest concern is that she goes to the perfect place and has a forever home where she will not be clipped or caged and not be free to fly around like she is used to.   I know it's alot to ask, but I know her and know how she is happy and I want to keep it that way.  I am just not able to keep her myself.  :-(
