Yoga class with Dalma Wellness
The style of yoga I teach is similar to the traditional Vinyasa yoga which includes rhythmic movements that are dynamic, flowing, athletic, and coordinated with breath.
Depending on the intention of the class for that day, some poses may be held longer to strengthen the mind and body through focus or will incorporate repetitions to strengthen the cardiovascular system and promote endurance.
By consistently practicing yoga with me, you will gain physical and mental strength, increase the flexibility and mobility of your muscles and joints, and develop greater energy and confidence in ways that will empower you in all areas of your life.
