We do foundation repair and waterproofing. Company has been in business 20+ years. We are looking to start a couple more crews, just need the labor. We do helical pier installations, interior and exterior waterproofing, wall pushes, carbon fiber stabilizing straps, I-beams, lifting and leveling floors and crack welding.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Lift up to 100 pounds
Hand dig
Carry buckets
Carry material
Use power tools
Read tape measure
Understand construction basics
Work well with others
Polite and respectful (no cursing)
Drug free
Reliable transportation Either your own vehicle or someone bringing you to work (we will not give rides to and from work.)
No complaining (the job sucks, we know.)
Construction experience in any trade
Pay starts at $15/hour
$1 raises are given out based on performance and by passing the skilled trades exams, up to exams equal to a $5 raise.
$20/hour max.
