It was discovered that he did not have a valid driver's license after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Broadway and Tremont Street. 04/01/202110:09 INCIDENT 21002116 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30 FRANKLIN STREET A resident of Franklin Street reported a bicycle theft. 04/01/202110:41 INCIDENT 21002118 TOOLS, LARCENY OF CONSTRUCTION C266 S27 MONSIGNOR OBRIEN HIGHWAY A Connecticut worker had tools stolen from his truck while working at North Point. 04/01/202110:42 INCIDENT 21002119 LARCENY FROM BUILDING C266 S20 WHITTEMORE AVENUE A Cambridge resident reports that his bicycle was stolen from a locked storage room in his apartment building. 04/01/202111:18 SP ACTIVITY 21002120 TRESPASS C266 S120 PUTNAM AVENUE Cambridge Police responded to Putnam Avenue for a suspicious person in a backyard. 04/01/202114:39 INCIDENT 21002129 IDENTITY FRAUD BELMONT STREET A Belmont Street resident reported an incident regarding identity theft. He answered an advertisement on Craigs List to rent a short -term apartment. He began to believe the requested fee to rent the unit was an attempt to defraud him. After speaking with the suspect on the phone he decided not to pay. Unfortunately, the victim had already divulged a great deal of personal information to the suspect. 04/01/202115:01 INCIDENT 21002128 MISC. REPORT TYPE CAMBRIDGEPARK DRIVE A resident stated that her personal information being accessed in an improper manner. 04/01/202117:01 INCIDENT 21002131 A&B C265 S13A CAMBRIDGE STREET A resident of Lowell came to the front desk of the Police Department to report an Assault and Battery that occurred in 2019. 04/01/202117:43 INCIDENT 21002132 ASSAULT C265 S13A JFK STREET Cambridge Police responded to JFK Street and Memorial Drive for a report of an assault in progress. No one was harmed, officers cleared the scene. 04/01/202119:02 INCIDENT 21002133 LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90 S23 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Cambridge Police conducted a Motor Vehicle Stop. It was found the vehicle had a failed inspection sticker, suspended registration and the operator identified as Valdecemar Minski, 36, of 25 Preseley Street, Malden was operating his motor vehicle on a suspended license. Due to this, Minski will be charged with the following crimes: Operating a Motor vehicle with a Suspended License, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, and Failed Inspection Sticker. 04/01/202120:39 INCIDENT 21002134 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30 CENTRE STREET A Centre Street resident reported the theft of his bicycle. A suspect stole his bike from outside his home today between 8:00 and 8:15 AM. The bike was charcoal gray with green lettering and was valued at $1,900.
