Lets get Rollin'!Join us in this hands-on making SUSHI class and learn the skills and techniques on how to make Miso Soup, Chili Lime Edamame, and three traditional Sushi Rolls! California roll , Spicy Tuna roll, and a Temaki (hand roll).Lunch amongst the vines and the perfect Wine Pairing is offered to enjoy after the class. 2019 Sauvignon Blanc- The aromas are graceful with a combination of limy tropical fruit and a touch of classic Sauvignon Blanc earthiness. The mouthfeel is a contrast of zingy lime against a surprisingly rich, velvet viscosity. 2020 Rose of Pinot Noir Fresh lime, guava and savory aspects combine with a light, delicate texture to make this pretty and delicious wine.
