This is Leroy. He is about 3 years old. We were told he was a boy when we got him 3 years ago at the bird store in Mesa. He has a large cage. He is no longer hand tamed. With a little work he should train easily. He used to come out and be on our arms/hands constantly. Unfortunately life and dogs have taken priority. He has a pretty good vocabulary. He’ll say goodnight, hello, what are you doing, Where’s Leroy, all the names of the kids and dogs lol. He’ll also play peek a boo with you while he hides in his sleep hut. He laughs and cat calls. He’s molting so his feathers aren’t as beautiful as they normally are. I would like someone familiar with quakers and that will train him to be handled again. No rush on rehoming. No trades.
