Hello, single 47 year old mother of a 10 year old daughter. I have a 12 pound 11 yearnold chihuahua mix that doesnt bark! 10 years at previous rental in Rosedale. They sold duplex and new owners are going to reside on premises.  Landlord letter of reccomendation available along with excellent referrals! Never missed rent never missed nor late, even through pandemic.  Self employed and capable to live with a rent of $1850 or less. Ideally 2x2, but 3 rooms is great too with same rent cap if possible.  Am willing to care for your residence as if it were my my own. I'm clean, quiet, and consistent. My word is good and you wont be disappointed. Ideal renter! 😁
