Blue Heeler Puppy needs rehomed

I have a super wonderful blue heeler puppy i need to rehome. Shes roughly 12 weeks, and is not vaccinated. I havent had her very long, and its no fault of her own that i need to rehome her. I live in an apartment and while i've met some heelers that could have been okay, she very much so needs room to play as well as someone whos home more often than i am. I genuinely just dont have the room for her to get the exercise she needs or the time to give her the attention she needs. She deserves a family who can honestly love her the way she needs. There will be a small rehoming fee, to make sure she goes somewhere safe, and i do have pictures. I would prefer she go somewhere with more than just a fenced in yard, if possible, and without small children simply because she is young and still in the puppy nipping phase. She loves to play and cuddle. She'll come with a huge bag of food as well as a harness and a couple toys, and leash. Potentially her kennel and food and water dishes.
