Kids learning how to cook! Description: This class is for all those budding Chefs age 10 - 14. Increase their love of cooking in the simple pasta making class! Each participant will make a small batch of dough to take home with them. You will be served pasta with Chef's homemade sauce at the end of the class. Cost for this class is $50.00 per person. No refunds or credit given if cancelled within 72 hours of class. Please notify us in advance if you have any allergies. We can not make adjustments during class. What to Expect: The Pasta Making class is taught by Chef Launa Tierney who specializes in Italian Cuisine specializing in pastas. This cooking class is a hands-on class. You will work in pairs as you make your own pasta dough. You will roll and cut pasta to take home. Chef will demo and share how to make her own family tomato sauce. You will have a meal of pasta w/ sauce, mixed green salad, focaccia bread w/ olives oils. Sign up together with a friend or make new ones while you have fun cooking in the kitchen. Parents will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Parents are welcome to hang out in the store, utilize our café and bar area, or enjoy some shopping while your child is in the class. Only paid attendees are allowed in the kitchen during class. Please accompany your child to sign in as there will be a waiver for you to sign. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen.
