Local Austin Home improvement company (remodel/repair/construction) Looking for independent contractors to fill in some gaps in a handful of projects starting as soon as Tuesday, April 6th Immediate needs (This upcoming week) * Demo * Flooring (laying luxury vinyl planks) * Hanging drywall and cement board in bathroom (Plus tape and float) * Outdoor living space construction contractors * Carpenter's d*!6&_ Additional needs: *Painters/paint teams 2+ *General remodel/punch list contractor's All projects being offered (at this moment) are 1099 But if you show up at a resonable time, work a full day doing quality work with a decent attitude then you will be offered a steady flow of work year round. Requirements: 1. A reliable/presentable vehicle 2. A clean and presentable appearance (at least upon arrival) 3. The ability to arrive at the job site at a reasonable time and work a full day 4. A decent attitude 5. Respect for customers home and property (This means COVERING EVERYTHING before beginning to paint, demo or perform any work. Not setting power tools or heavy material on granite countertops or expensive epoxied floors etc. And straightening up daily.
