We were at at different tables...you are an older lady (mid-60's?) wearing a very short skirt and high heels - great legs, nice body. I was in shorts, sandals, and a short sleeve casual tee...seated with five others. Our missed connection occurred in the afternoon as you were walking out with your female friend.
