This class will be about how to get perfect seams when gluing together different cuts of wood to form flat panels for a variety of projects. This in-person class will be all about how to get perfect seams when gluing together different cuts of wood to form flat panels for Cutting Boards, Cheese/Charcuterie Boards, Serving Trays, Table Tops and many other useful applications. Then we'll explore how to turn those flat panels into unique variations of the different items listed above with a focus on the quintessential basic woodworking project - the Cutting Board. We'll learn tricks to get the most out of the Jointer, Planer, Table Saw and Drum Sander for these applications. Attendees will get to make their own unique variation of a small cheese/cutting board from pre-prepared materials to take home ($30 Value). This class will have the most benefit to beginning-to-intermediate woodworkers.
