Will pay for place to set off some fireworks for PTSD therapy

A Massachusetts resident suffering from severe PTSD is looking for a location and written permission (as required by NH law) to set off fireworks as a part of controlled PTSD exposure therapy managed by a licensed therapist. Location must be a field/forest or other clearing or open area on private property you control and at least 1/4 mile away from ANY homes (including yours), accessible by car within a 45 minute drive from Londonderry. This is a one time request for a two-hour permission on Wednesday April 7 at 1PM. Will pay $200 - $400 depending on level of privacy offered. Will clean up the area afterwards.
