Learn how to make a beautiful mosaic with all the glass trash we collect at Sunday's Earth Day Trail Cleanup event. This event will be one of many during the neighborhood's celebration of Earth Day on Saturday, April 24th. We will have a tent and tables for visitors to work on their mosaic. This will be a very basic style of mosaic using pre-cut glass in assorted shapes and a craft glue to a wooden or ceramic coaster base. Estimated work time is 25 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the design, but you can take longer if you like! We will also have animal mosaic sticker pages available for younger children.
