Great part-time opportunity for reliable, local handy-folks! MySDrental is a property management company specializing in short term and long term furnished rentals. Our maintenance and upkeep staff are responsible for helping us keep our rentals in tip-top shape for our clients! This may include basic handyman work like hanging paintings, replacing blinds, locks, or snaking a drain and other basic household maintenance chores. All our properties are in the Downtown/Little Italy area. This is a part time opportunity that may become a full-time depending on development. up to 25-30hrs/wk to start. MUST BE OK with last minute on-demand maintenance calls/scheduling due to nature of our business Tools are a plus, but we have some we are able to provide some Skills you'll be putting to use: Basic assembly and hanging; using a driver to put together furniture, hang pictures and blinds for example Basic unclogging of drains and toilets. Snaking and using drain equipment Painting interior walls and cabinetry Changing locks Mount TVs Repair furniture Machine-clean furniture move equipment and furniture around Pay increase after successful completion of 30 days. Contractor work, direct pay, no withholding
