COVID-19 Vaccine - Weaver Meeting Center Indoor COVID-19 vaccination clinic by appointment only located at the Weaver Meeting Center. This is located in the same parking lot as Weaver City Hall. Please note that you must be eligible as defined by Allocation Phase 1c in the Alabama COVID‐19 Vaccination Allocation Plan. For more information on eligible persons please refer to ADPH Vaccine Distribution. The vaccine being offered at this clinic is the Pfizer vaccine. You will be automatically scheduled for a second vaccine dose 21 days after this date at the same time slot. When reserving more than one ticket you must enter the information for each person receiving the vaccine.
