Strange lights around Deschutes river canyon/Cline OHV area

Wondering if there's anyone else that has been seeing any strange lights moving around in the sky and at ground level after dusk around the Deschutes river canyon in the Cline falls area or out around the Cline OHV area. Respond with a detailed description of what you have seen or been seeing and if it matches what I've been seeing I'll respond to your emailed response. I have video footage and pictures and would like to see if there's anyone that has seen the same thing.
