1 time pvc gutter installation

I need someone to install pvc gutter on the back of my house. I have the materials, I'll rent a ladder from home depot(32'). I'm willing to pay $100.00 to do it. The installation is up high(about 30'). It shouldn't take more than 45mins to an hour. Please understand, I can't climb the ladder, that's the only reason I'm not doing it myself.
