Seasonal yard clean up. Mow half an acre, rake tree cut debris (from next door neighbor) and put a few logs in a pile. Stuff leaves and twigs in Green can. Rental is near Fruitridge and 99 on Mendocino Bl. If you can bring your own mower, weed eater, gloves would be a plus. Two mowers on site requires minor maintenance, rope pull retract mechanism etc. We can do 35 an hour for honest work, or give me your bid. Either way it's about 100 cash for under 3 hours work. This ad is for an one-time yard clean up only, on April 6, Tues at 11:00 am Sharp. You must be reliable, i.e. say what you do, do what you say AND Show up On time. Likewise I'll do my part to get you Paid in cash upon satisfactory completion of tasks. I will be working with you along side on the fence, plumbing leaks etc. (If you don't show, I'll do everything myself. I promise.)
