To the very kind and gentle young man that was dropping off a resume at the UPS by City Hall. I was super rude to you when you inadvertently cut in front of me in line. I’ve been thinking about it since it happened and I’m really sorry for treating you with such disrespect. You handled it with such kindness. I went outside after you left to apologize in person but I couldn’t find you. I hope you see this and I hope you get the job.
