Looking to hire a reliable maintenance person to provide occasional maintenance service for single family house. This is not a full time or part time position. The work will be sporadic and the candidate will be paid per the hours of service. The candidate must reside within 10 miles of Rosendale and have their own professional tools and reliable transportation. The work will consist of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and ceramic tile repair. Candidate must have reliable references.
