I’m looking for someone on to build a ground level 36x16 floating deck. You will need to supply the wood, hardware etc.i I would like for you to provide a rough estimate sight unseen this quotas will not 100% locked in, just trying to get a ballpark figure. I understand that this is not a normal process but I am trying to limit exposure to covid due to health concerns for a special needs child. My decision will not be based solely on price. Please don’t just don’t through shit against the wall and see if it sticks when giving an estimate. This project can lead to more work at the same location for the right person based on quality of work.
