Painting, Drywall and Handyman Work to start this weekend

We have a rental with a move out after a long tenancy. Little handyman work throughout the house like cock bathrooms, paint bedrooms, rehang towel bars, sand down water damage under bathroom cabinets and paint ceiling etc. There is a major repair inside sky lights where the condensation is wearing away the drywall.
