I need a helper for construction job

I am in need of a person who has skills related to general carpentry. I pay weekly and you would be working with me. The pay starts at 15 to 20 dollars an hour. Depending on skill set and vehicle. Hours are 8 to 4. Transportation is not required but I do need someone who is willing to take a bus close to where I live to take them to the job. I work almost everyday but I am self employed.
