Found dog light brown

Description

There is a light brown and white markings med sized dog with a collar running around chasing other pets and joggers around windsor and mersington in northeast. It's been out there running around for a couple days it's looking for it's owner. I can't catch the poor creature. Someone please come for your dog im afraid Its going to get hit by a car or bite another dog.
