I already started 1 year ago. Dug some and opened floor to see. Jack up to 16 inch crawl space and set on 2 cinder blocks on cement pads with 3/8s rebar. Repair any beams or floor joists. Maybe 1 bad beam, 3 or 4 joists need sandwiched or replaced. I've had bids and covid and weather killed them. I NOW Need it done. I supply and deliver materials. You have tools and bid labor.
