Emagineered Solutions is an innovative construction firm passionate about providing new life for aging water infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced certified mobile crane operator to join our team! Duties will also include operation of a forklift and other project support activities. Essential Duties & Job Functions: • Operates 15-Ton mobile telescoping hydraulic crane to lift, move, and load machinery, equipment, and a variety of materials. • Participates in development and implementation of Lift Plans. • Observes load hookup and determines safety of load. • Cleans, maintains and lubricates crane. • Performs daily inspections of crane and other load-handling equipment. • Performs other duties as assigned. May perform work in other classifications when necessary to the accomplishment of the project. Significant work in another job classification may result in applicable wage adjustments. Requirements: • Safe and timely performance of duties. • Ability to issue and receive proper crane signals by hand, voice, and radio. • The proper use of tools and equipment commonly used in the crane operations. • Completing all mandated training per government and Company requirements. • Compliance with project and Company safety policies and Designated Operator program • Working well under pressure. • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Able to work overtime and weekends as required by the workload. • Arrange own transportation to/from work site. Qualifications: • Extreme commitment to safety. • Current CCO certification for Mobile Cranes (Telescopic Boom Cranes – Fixed Cab) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to issue and receive directions carefully • Previous construction experience: 2+ years • Experience operating 15-Ton Carry-Deck Crane • Must meet and maintain USACE physical and security requirements • Capable of lifting 50 lbs routinely and climbing ladders/stairs as necessary to perform equipment inspection The work schedule is planned to be Monday through Thursday, 10-hours per day. Occasional overtime and work on additional days may be required. Prevailing wage will be paid. The work site is in Rufus, OR. The position begins on Monday, May 3, 2021.
