Hey there, I've got a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to share my recording studio with me in Lake Forest. It would be a 3 day/3 day split, the 7th day is already rented out. If you have gear that you would like to bring, I am open to it, if you don't have any gear that's not a problem. Rent will be $1,500 a month and you will have 24 hour access on your designated days. It is a separated control room, live room, and vocal booth at approximately 1,200 sqft. There is a common area which, includes a lounge and bathroom that is shared with studios b & c for them and their clients. You and your clients are welcome to utilize the space as well. This studio has a lot of history, mainly that it used to be owned by Snoop Dogg. I currently use the space for both personal and professional use, and work with clients on a regular basis. If you are a professional engineer, then this can be a great opportunity to make some $. You'll have access to the studio for approximately 12 days a month. The going rate for the studio is $400 a day. So that means you could potentially make $4,800 a month plus whatever you charge for your engineering as well. Utilities, internet, security, and insurance is all included in the rent price. Here are my qualifications: Must have proof of studio experience for at least 3 years. We have a bit of an elaborate set up, so you must be comfortable operating a patch bay. Proof of income. Please provide proof that you can afford the rent and that you can always pay on time with no hassle. Be cool. We are a tight knit family working together to live out our dreams, and we need someone who is on the same page as us. We come in to work, not party. Smoking is not allowed in the studio at any time. If you smoke, just do it outside and away from the building please. I don't care about your ethnicity, gender, age or race, I welcome all qualified candidates.
