Thank you! DRYWALL REPAIR 1. Master bathroom (2 walls next to shower) 2. Hall bathroom (1 wall next to shower) Need new drywall or drywall patch, tape, repair or replacement and expert texture work (hawk and trowel in master bathroom wall and matching texture on hall bathroom wall, (destroyed when tile was installed) on 3 bathroom wall areas and behind toilets INSTALL MASTER BATHROOM TOILET WAX SEAL The master bathroom toilet recently had a new wax seal installed after a recent flood. The toilet is wall mounted and shims were used to reset the toilet correctly into the wall, prior to re-grouting around the toilet, after the wax seal was installed. Mortar was used to re-install tile that was broken prior to resealing the toilet. By the time the previous handyman returned, other family members didn't get the memo not to use the toilet until it was grouted. It has flooded lightly twice since it it was grouted in the last 2 weeks, I think, because it was used/sat on, prior to being re-grouted. which probably caused the shims to collapse and caused the wax seal to break. The toilet is currently grouted in such a way that the grout surrounding the toilet can be removed without breaking surrounding tile, so the new wax seal and new shims can be reinstalled, and then the toilet can be reset, and then be re-grouted again. 1. REMOVE GROUT SURROUNDING MASTER BATHROOM TOILET 2. REMOVE TOILET 3. INSTALL NEW WAX SEAL 4. INSTALL NECESSARY SHIMS 5. RE-GROUT TOILET PAINT 1. Bathroom ceilings after patching nail holes in ceiling 2. Bathroom walls after drywall repairs have been completed 3. A few household Doors: Paint/ or paint correction/ and/or repair doors as needed and then /paint or correct painting issues TOUCH-UP PAINT On French doors INSTALL SLIDING GLASS SHOWER ENCLOSURE DOORS (WILL NEED PROPER ELECTRIC SAW TO CUT THE METAL PROPERLY Install Shower Grab Bars in the shower Porcelain Tile 1. Master Bathroom (quantity 1) 2. Hall Bathroom (quantity 2) A DIAMOND DRILL BIT IS NEEDED BECAUSE THE PORCELAIN TILE IS VERY HARD AND A REGULAR MORTER, TILE, OR BRICK DRILL BIT WILL BREAK, BE INEFFECTIVE AND WILL CRACK THE PORCELAIN WALL TILE HOOK-UP PLUMBING FOR THE NEW BATHROOM VANITY SINK AND FAUCET INSTALL TIP OUTS ON KITCHEN SINK FAUX DRAWER Switch out electric plugs from brown to white color (6-8) Hang mini blinds on windows (Master Bedroom and Living Room Window Install a new curtain rod in Master bedroom Some texture and paint touch up around the house Install Bidet hardware on toilets Possibly install a garage door opener PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR LOCATION CROSS-ROADS YOUR EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS EXACTLY WHICH TOOLS AND EXPERTISE YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE WHICH JOBS DESCRIBED IN THIS POST, AND WHICH JOBS YOU DO NOT HAVE TOOLS OR EXPERTISE FOR.
