I have an 800 sqft concrete block shop i'm converting to a 2br 2bath residence. all interior walls built out correctly and square by a top carpenter. Plumbinbg nand electrical are in place.. Needing couple pro drywall hangers / finishers to come in and put drywall up and finish as well. Most ins ulation is already in. Its a good working environment and you deal directly with 1 person, who is the owner. the job is for a fixed amount and i'm looking for estimates. All materials are either in place already, or will be. The place has only construction materials in it \. its a little tight but not bad.
