Looking for a multi-skilled handyman, who is dependable and hard-working, for occasional, but regular work on rental properties in Knox County. Job description would include but not be limited to plumbing, light electrical, painting, gutter cleaning, and some light carpentry. Hours would be flexible. Must be able to lift, climb ladder, bend & stoop. Also must be able to pass a criminal background check and have references. Compensation, based on experience, will be $12 - $15.00 per hour paid weekly. Must have own transportation and tools. If interested, please reply with resume.
