Portland Painting and Restoration is hiring! We are one of Oregon's top rated painting, repair/preservation companies and looking to add to our crew. We have a pretty diverse work load, classic residential, Larger HOA's Communities(no interior apartment bs), property management, decks/stain, lite Remodeling, and old beautiful home restoration of which consists of having the paint removed prior, all repairs, and thorough high end finishing, so plan on less scraping prep, and more neat project finishing. *Were looking for NON-bias honest professionals with good work ethic. Positions to fill ASAP: *2-3 really good Lead foreman 20-28/per hour (5+ years and high end experience). *1-2 Stain applicator(interior/mill pack + exterior/decks). 18-25 *1-2 seasoned painters(3 years experience) 16-20/per hour *1-2 helpers(minimal experience needed-will train anyone with a good attitude) 14-15 (Summer Help, high school summer job, apprentice, don't no shit but have a good attitude, etc...) Experience in the following is preferred: Customer service skills (clear communication) Interior and exterior residential and or commercial painting Spray, Brush and roll application Priming, Sanding, Caulking, bondo, Taping off/hand masker experience Clean practices, including lead safe containment(we train-you maintain). Eagerness to assist the lead foreman or better yet willing to learn how to help responsibly manage a project.
