I need to patch the roof with silicon in the 2 spots where the satellite's were removed. I'm assuming this will take 30 minutes to 1 hour max and will require getting on the roof that's about 12 feet in the air. Someone easily got on it last week. I can provide a Little Giant latter that can easily get you on the roof.
I also need 2 motion detectors installed which should take 20 minutes and about 5-10 yards of silicon placed on the west side of my home that should take 10-15 minutes. I will provide the silicon, motion detector kits. You need to bring a caulk gun and need to let me know what I need to buy at Home Depot to fix the roof.
I'm offering 100.00 for this job, which should take less than 2 hours to do, possibly less. You will be paid by a check (not cash) immediately after the job is finished. I am an attorney and legit businessperson and my checks are valid. I need a copy of your ID before you start work and either your ITIN/SSN because this is a tax deduction for my business. If you have been convicted of a felony after you were 18 years old I will not hire you. Safety is very important to me.
I do have other work that needs to be done in the next week that will take longer than this so if I like you I'll hire you again.
