Handyman with Lots of Experience

Need an experienced Handyman who can do occasional maintenance work on my home and 3 rentals. Will need to have experience just repairing things in and around these houses, such as fixing a little leak under the sink, replacing a washer in a faucet, adjusting/replacing a sprinkler head, changing out a light switch, (no major electrical or plumbing!) Also, other things such as replacing/staining wooden deck boards, patching/painting damaged walls, replacing trim, painting outdoors, fixing fencing, etc. If you are experienced doing these types of maintenance jobs, please text me at 509-630-3007.
