We are looking to add to our team a mortgage field inspector. You will be driving to given addresses and verifying occupancy status and general condition of the properties. Taking photos and filling out a form using an app on your phone. Vacant homes will need to be entered and walked through. You will need to be able to work independently and be a self starter! Please contact us if you are interested. This will be a part time job, efficiency is important to be successful A reliable fuel efficient car and organizational skills are a must! Once you learn how to be efficient in the field you should be able to work one day per week and gross $600 per month, this is a 1099 position so you will be responsible for keeping track of your mileage for write off purposes and any expenses you should incur. Later down the line you can expand coverage areas and potentially double the income by taking on Essex and Franklin Counties. Please have clean driving record, be able to pass a criminal background check, and good organizational and communication skills.
