Landscape Maintenance Laborers ($12 - $16 DOE) East Valley Landscaping Company is seeking immediate hire of experienced Landscape Maintenance Laborers. LABORER QUALIFICATIONS (Starting Pay $12 - $16 per hour – DOE) • Minimum of 1-year experience – In Commercial or Apartment Property Landscape Maintenance • Experience in operating chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, hand tools, and mowers • Experience in Shrub and Tree Trimming, Mowing, Blowing, Edging, Weed Eating, and Blowing • Able to follow safety policies and procedures ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS • Be responsible, reliable, honest, self-motivated, able to work without close supervision. • Able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisor in a professional manner • Must be able to work Monday -- Friday with a Minimum of 8 to 12 hours days. • Able to Adhere to company core values, policies, and procedures • Able to work in extremely hot outdoor temperatures (Arizona Summers) • Able to Lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis Recommended But Not Required: - Preference will be given to these individuals • Certified in First-Aid and CPR • Bilingual (English & Spanish -- verbal and written)  Resume should include -- Contact information, experience, and desired salary.
