Spring Has Sprung And We are Looking For Our New Northampton Gardens Crew FOREMAN would be responsible for: - Supervising activities of the crew. - Installation of hardscape projects. ( walkways, patios and walls ) - Using hardscaping tools and operating heavy equipment if needed. - Installation of landscape projects. - Using landscaping tools and operating equipment as needed. - Completing landscape maintenance projects. - Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to company's safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews. -Ability to motivate laborers as well as have a pleasant and friendly attitude toward customers. FOREMAN Requirements: -MUST have a good knowledge of hardscaping and landscaping. -MUST be able to build walkways, patios and retaining walls. -Reliable transportation with VALID Drivers License. -Must be able to see a job through completion. -Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services. -Experience in general landscaping;, trimming, pruning, mulching, and edging. -Experience in maintenance of equipment. -Must be responsible, have a pleasant and friendly attitude. -Must be willing to work 12 hour days during spring, summer, and fall in needed. -Salary Hourly this will depend on your experience. CASH paid at the end of each day! LABORER Requirements; -General landscaping experience; trimming and pruning, mulching, edging. -Knowledge of equipment related to landscaping. -Knowledge of hardscaping helpful. -Knowledge of basic repairs. -Must be responsible, have a pleasant and friendly attitude. -Must be willing to work 12 hour days during spring, summer, and fall if needed. -Salary Hourly this will depend on your experience.
