Peter, their cars are also taken away from them. Not like your 'FED FLAG LAW', you whine when individual guns are going to be removed. You have a law on the book...USE IT Peter comment... Its awesome more people dieing on the highways from speeding, doing 20 to 40 miles an hour over the speedlimits and getting killed on highways. It's strange that the community, neighborhood, city & state will get behind their police & firefighters but when a military person loose his/her life, the only thing you hear...'a solder was killed on the front line'... You never hear their name, where they are from...the community, neighborhood, city nor state lift a hand to help the family. These soldiers live every day with what the police & fire fighters deal with once or twice a month. I respect the police & fire fighters, I will take my hat off and thank them everyday. They are protecting your local community, solders are protecting the country...GIVE MORE RESPECT.
