We're offering a steady part-time house cleaning position for a vacation rental home. It is a 1300 square foot, three bedroom house, with one and a half baths. Because it is a vacation rental, the house gets cleaned often and guests rarely leave the place dirty - because, of course, they want good reviews. So, it's light cleaning that involves some minor housekeeping (making beds, adjusting furniture, using the dishwasher). There will be 6 to 10 cleanings per month, on average, and it is a permanent position that is all-year round. This position requires general availability 7 days a week, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Estimated time per cleaning is approximately 2 to 3 hours. We are willing to allow more than one person to accept the position (meaning you and a friend or colleague could split the cleanings to make sure one of you is always available or you can be the primary cleaner and have a friend or colleague as a back up for when you are unavailable) but we need to meet everyone who would be a cleaner. Reliability and attention to detail are the keys traits for a person to have for this position. If that sounds like you, then you are the right person for the job! If that is not you, it would not be a good fit. Price per cleaning is negotiable. Salary is competitive. Prior cleaning experience is a must.
