AKC registered Pekingese female and puppy

Looking to rehome a 5 year old AKC pekingese female ( sable color) and her male puppy ( also sable) who is around 6 months old and AKC eligible. I got them together some months ago and had a life event that makes keeping them difficult. They are very sweet and loving, house trained and have no behavioral issues. I would like to find someone who can take them together and give them a great forever home. They are bonded and do well together. I will need a vet and personal reference and a home check to ensure they are going to a good home. They have been vet checked, UTD on all shots and female is spayed and the male puppy is scheduled to be neutered in two weeks. If a home is located, prior to the procedure, I would be willing to keep the appointment scheduled or pay for your vet to do the procedures. Seriously only please.
