Handyman! NEEDED: Handyman skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically around the home. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, both interior and exterior, "odd jobs", "fix-up tasks". Includes light plumbing jobs such as fixing a leaky toilet or light electric jobs such as changing a light fixture, welding etc.... Partial List Of Some Of The Responsibilities To Be Performed But Not Limited Too will Be: Perform maintenance repairs calls from tenants as they come in and scheduling with tenants to gain access for repair work. Perform cleaning and repairs to property in-between tenants and preparing property to be re-rented in good condition. Prepare expense sheet on what the cost will be in order to get units rent ready. Respond to emergency calls when needed. Complete daily work record forms and job assignment sheets. Return all excess materials to suppliers [or our storage facility] for credit/refund and provide documentation to the office. Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
