I'm currently TNRing in River Oaks and during my trapping extravaganza I caught what may be someone’s pet. TCAP discovered he was already neutered but there is no microchip, no collar and he is slightly sick as there is pretty prevalent eye discharge that looks like it’s been there a while. He’s also fairly skinny, I can feel his hip bones 😕. Location: Roberts Cut Off Road/River Oaks Blvd area Description: large orange fluffy tabby, around 1 years old, 12lbs, super sweet after a very short introduction period. Please let me know if he may be someone’s pet so I can return him and see if I can get this guy the medical help he needs (if it’s not already being provided). If not, I will be in contact with a rescue who can take him in and find him a good home as we unfortunately cannot be his forever place. Side note: he’s now resting comfortably in a “feral setup” in our spare bedroom with food and water.
