I have developed a particular set of skills. And those skills are made to uplift your endocrines, energy centers, or chakras if you are feeling unbalanced, anxious, or depressed. I have had some very good results with what I can do, which is cello etudes along with visualization. I believe it is so effective because the cello is most like the human voice out of any instrument.
