Work time is average of 1-2 hours per night: * Pick up bags and put them in your truck * Drive bags to the on-site compactor and put bags in compactor * Run the compactor until clear and clean up any spills we leave nearby * Good work ethic required * Respectful attitude toward residents and work associates required We have been in service for 8 years in this relatively new industry, and are successful because we offer SUPERIOR valet trash service at a reasonable price. We make the residents and property managers happy. We are good to our staff and need you to be good to us, responsive, helpful, and friendly to any residents you encounter. PLEASE READ - YOU MUST: * Be over 18 years of age * Have excellent customer service attitude * Be on site every service night - dependability is a MUST * Provide backup personnel in the event of emergency or vacation * Have a mobile phone to take photos (to report issues) * HAVE A PICKUP TRUCK * Be detailed - we can't miss apartments during service * Be able to work efficiently without supervision, at your own pace * Enjoy working outside - work RAIN or SHINE, in all weather (unless conditions are deemed dangerous by company and property staff) * PAID HOLIDAYS, occasional opportunities for extra work and income * Be able to lift 50-70 lbs (and be able to climb stairs if necessary) ---------------- Pay is $950 per month ($475 on 1st and 15th). You are an independent contractor and will be paid on a 1099. We will need someone to try out the position and be able to take over by May 1st.
