Need 2 movers and a van/truck/SUV

Need 2 guys to move my things. I have a broken hip and cannot help. Biggest thing is the bed (just mattress and box spring, no frame). Bonus points if you can un-mount the TV in my bedroom. It’s not much stuff at all. Must have your own vehicle. Offering $20/hour per person. Thanks!
