DBS is Currently Hiring for the following positions Immediate openings at the moment 1st and 2nd shifts available Long term -temp to hire City of Redlands pay$18.00-$18.25 HR Put-Away Lead: • Leads by example while performing tasks of a Receiving/Put Away warehouse • Ensure SLA’s are abided by, dock to stock within 24 hours of receipt deliverables • Works together with fellow associates as a team to promote the goals, profitability, and common good of the company • Assist with daily stocking, receiving and replenishment of product to help navigate daily assignments to end of day completion • Ensuring accuracy of incoming container per put-away • Maintain consistent communication with all needed parties • Keep warehouse work areas clean, comply with 5S procedures/expectations, enforce warehouse safety rules/procedures • Escalates any observed issues or concerns to manager • Assist in training new employees in general operation • Adheres to company and departmental policies and procedures • Must be dependable • Able to work well under pressure • Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors • Must be able to follow directions, both written and verbal • Computer literate, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) • Must have an open availability and be flexible to work various shifts and weekends • Read, write, and understand English (Spanish is a plus) • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Consolidation Lead : • Perform data entry duties into operational systems and performed Inventory control/consolidation on all activities related to inventory. • Ensured inventory consolidation processes and initiatives are accurately followed and reported. • Managed activities including shipping, receiving and inventory control. • Utilize RFID software applications and spreadsheets for inventory control documentation. • Performed inventory control audits/activities related to shipping and receiving. • Conducted inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory count. • Utilize RFID ERP system to consolidate and perform bin to bin moves based off available systematic inventory • Manage merchandise presentation and bin etiquette SOPs • Scheduled audits and consolidation based on space, reconciliation & customer orders. • Coordinate with shift needs & all departments on workflow/storage capacity • Maintain accurate written procedures for all consolidation processes and functions. • Cycle counting and inventory control on all materials and products. • Must have an open availability and be flexible to work various shifts and weekends • Read, write, and understand English (Spanish is a plus) • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Dock Management Lead: • Dock planning and scheduling • Coordinates loading and unloading processes • Assigning resources and equipment • Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, company policies, and government regulations • Monitoring daily workflow and coordinates any issues that compromise any load • Stack boxes on pallet to appropriate height and wrap with shrink wrap. • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to unload trucks and verify counts to inbound shipping manifest. • Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime. Must be able to work overtime as required. Start times and hours vary based on production needs. • Maintain a pulse and consistency of entire inbound dock relaying vital information to core management that may arise • Ensure load quality, timelines, and work efficiency goals are met. • Administers a safe work environment and focus on prevention of accidents and injuries. • Coordination of multiple container/customer goods on an hourly basis. • Pre-plan container offload and maintain dock etiquette following operational standards • Read, write, and understand English (Spanish is a plus) • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must be able to pass Pre-emplyment drug screen and background check Please Submit your resume Today!!!
