Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Duties and Responsibilities Maintains records and logs of all department correspondence, and incoming applications and petitions from the public and private interest groups. Maintains records of all department fiscal and budget affairs and transactions, including billing and receipt of funds. Maintains and oversees the timekeeping and payroll activities for the department. Inputs and maintains records of disposition of county assets, plans, schedules and summaries of work activity. Assists the department in all forms of recordkeeping, reporting and tracking information. Provides supervision and guidance to administrative staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have excellent planning and organization skills. Knowledge of general management functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Education and Experience High School diploma or G.E.D. College coursework in business administration or related field preferred. Five (3) or more years of increasingly responsible administrative experience. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience desired. Licenses and Certifications
