Apparel and Beauty Company seeking a Wholesale & E-Commerce Shipping Associate to manage day-to-day order processing, shipping & logistic needs. Job brief: We are looking for an experienced Wholesale & E-Commerce Shipping Associate to manage daily processing and shipping of orders. You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure orders are shipped and delivered accurately, and in a timely manner to meet cancel dates. A successful Wholesale & E-Commerce Shipping Associate is a motivated self starter, well-organized, detail oriented, efficient and can develop and follow procedures to insure accurate order processing. Great knowledge of wholesale shipping and receiving procedures a must. Responsibilities: • Manage and process Wholesale and E-Commerce orders on multiple platforms from preparation to final shipment • Prepare and inspect ticketing, labels, barcodes and other requirements as per customer routing guides • Pick & Pack Orders • Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to optimize processes • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders • Ensure compliance to legal regulations & customer policies to prevent chargeback fees • Report to supervisor regularly on activities and issues Requirements: • Minimum of 2 Years experience in this type of role • Solid knowledge of Apparel and/or Beauty product shipping, E-commerce and Routing Guides a MUST • Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g. ASN) • Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Attention to detail • Problem-solving abilities • High school diploma; BSc/BA in supply chain, logistics or relative field is a definite plus We operate a small warehouse with a very small team.
